Policies and Guidelines

Please adhere to all policies and rules outlined below during your visit to the Islamic Center of Osceola | Masjid Taqwa Kissimmee, FL

Doors are locked 1 hour after Isha and Fajr prayers. Entry is allowed only during prayer times.
Respectful behavior is expected on the masjid premises. Avoid loud noises and foul language.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring they don't damage property.
Children over 10 must be with men during prayers and lessons (separate areas for boys and girls).
Parents/Guardians are responsible for the close supervision and safety of their children, and for preventing any damage to masjid property.
Islamic Center of Osceola | Masjid Taqwa is not liable and/or responsible for children left unattended outside the masjid and surrounding properties.

No talking during prayers inside or around the prayer area.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the prayer area, except for authorized events.
Only authorized personnel can be inside the kitchen.
No shoes allowed in the prayer area. Use the shoe racks.

No photography or video recording except by authorized personnel for digital media purposes.

Parking is for masjid use only. Park in designated spaces and avoid illegal parking. Violators will be towed.
Permits are required for parking outside prayer times. Contact shura@masjidtaqwa.org for permits.

Friday prayers include two sermons followed by prayer. Refrain from speaking during this time.

Approval from the Islamic Center of Osceola | Masjid Taqwa board and Imam is required to give talks, speeches, or host events in the prayer area.

Commercial advertisement is not allowed on the masjid screen.
Announcements require approval and a written request 48 hours prior to Friday prayers (email info@masjidtaqwa.org
Flyers and handouts need Islamic Center of Osceola | Masjid Taqwa board approval before distribution.
